Do you want to make a difference in a child’s life? The Board of Child Care is a multi-service organization where more than 400 employees put children first. Our professional staff includes social workers, child care workers, special education teachers, medical staff and office professionals. Each member of our team, either directly or indirectly, works to ensure the children served by BCC meet their fullest potential emotionally, socially, spiritually and academically.

BCC offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical and dental plans, paid vacation and holidays, paid sick, personal and funeral leave, tuition reimbursement (up to $5,000 a year), advancement opportunities, on-the-job paid training, tax-deferred annuity, long-term disability and life insurance.

All employees must pass state, federal and child protective services background checks; a physical, including a TB test; and drug screening. BCC is a drug, tobacco and alcohol free workplace, and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
